Volunteer and Participate in CRA-W Activities

The Computing Research Association’s Committee on the Status of Women in Computing Research (CRA-W) is an action-oriented organization that provides mentoring and support for women at all levels of the research and education pipeline.

Our mission: To increase the success and participation of women in computing research and education at all levels.

Help us realize this goal:

Participate in one of our activities for undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, and industry and government researchers.

Spread the word to female colleagues and students.

If you are a faculty member: volunteer as a research mentor for our undergraduate research programs DREU or CREU.

Apply to host a distinguished lecture at your university.

Nominate a female computer scientist for an award.

Propose and organize a discipline specific workshop.

Sign up for CRA-W updates.
