The Department of Computer Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position with an emphasis on Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Computer Systems, Computer Security, and Software Engineering. Exceptional candidates in all areas of computer science are encouraged to apply. The candidate should have potential to conduct high quality research, seek research grants, and be committed to excellence in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The candidate is also expected to engage in interdisciplinary collaborations across the university. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with an anticipated start date of August 15, 2022. Candidates must have completed an earned doctorate in computer science or related disciplines by the expected start date.
