• Are you an undergraduate in a CISE discipline (computer science, computer engineering, information science) doing research supported by a Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Supplement from NSF?

  • Are you interested in getting to know other REU Supplement students around the nation, sharing your research experience, and exploring CISE research careers?

Project PRE.CISE is an 8-week program intended to connect CISE REU supplement students through creating a network of peers across institutions and providing information on graduate school and research career opportunities. The project also seeks to gather information to better understand the research experiences of students supported by REU Supplements in CISE disciplines.

The first phase of project PRE.CISE is planned as a virtual program in summer 2021, led by CRA-E Grad Fellows Nadia Ady and Ian Ludden. The associated evaluation is carried out by CERP.

If interested, please sign up here to participate this summer 2021. To be able to fully participate in the entire 8-week program, please sign up by June 21, 2021.

Below is the tentative program timeline. All events will begin at 6 p.m. Eastern Time and last approximately one hour.
