Institutional partners are universities that are committed to scaling undergraduate research.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for the spring term.
Applications and Eligibility
Eligibility
All accredited institutions who are able to commit to the institutional partner responsibilities are eligible to apply. Institutional partners will work closely with the UR2PhD program leadership to vastly expand the number of research opportunities for women and gender-marginalized undergraduates, including those from marginalized races and ethnicities, at their institutions.
Accepted partners commit to being partners for a year with the option to renew their commitment.
Timeline and deadline(s)
Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis.
- To participate in summer of 2025: please submit your application by April 30.
- To participate in fall of 2025: please submit your application by August 15.
- To participate in spring of 2026: please submit your application by December 1.
Once you’ve completed your application, please allow at least 2 weeks of processing time for our team to review your application.
