The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking applications for Teaching Professor positions in the areas of artificial intelligence, software engineering, computer game design or related field in computer science starting in either January 2025 or September 2025. The appointment level will be made commensurate with experience. This is a 9-month, non-tenure-track position with primary responsibilities for undergraduate and graduate classroom and online instruction, undergraduate advising, and university service. Candidates must have earned a master’s degree in computer science or closely-related field at the time of employment, have experience with teaching at the college level, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence as well as diversity and inclusion, and be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
