Summer is here and that means TAPIA and GHC are upon us. Both events are scheduled for September 2023, so mark your calendars! The 2023 TAPIA Conference for the celebration of diversity in computing is happening in Dallas, TX Sept. 13-15. The TAPIA conference is a great opportunity for all levels of undergraduates and graduate students to hear from some of the biggest wave makers in the computer science field and how they are changing the face of computing. CRA-WP will be hosting a session at TAPIA this year. The session is called Research Career Mentoring for Industry and Government Labs which will provide attendees from industry, academia, and government labs with the opportunity to develop their professional and career skills. The mentoring track session will be led by Jaime Moreno, IBM, Taghrid Samak, Meta, and Basak Alper Ramaswamy, NASA JPL. Shortly after TAPIA 2023, GHC will follow!
