Michela Taufer and Holly Yanco inducted as AAAS Fellows!

Holly: The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the many impacts of scientists who have been honored as AAAS Fellows over the past 150 years, as our new class was given the charge to find ways to increase our service for the benefit of humanity.

Michela: Being recognized as an AAAS Fellow alongside colleagues and collaborators from various disciplines reaffirms my belief in the importance of interdisciplinary research. The AAAS reminds us that computer scientists and scientists, working together, can pave new paths to advance scientific discovery.
